I spoke with the front desk on two occasions about a food refund, and it wasn't until I wrote an e mail that I got a response from the director. When my wife complained about the food service, she rolled her eyes like we were being a pain. The female director has no idea or concept about hospitality. The worse thing about this hotel is the management. dinner/food was average Deserts are displayed on a table, no covid safety, they allowed little kids to breathe all over deserts. There are only two choices on the menu for dinner, so If you dont like what they have your out of luck. Friends we met had to send their steaks back twice. On the 2nd night, took over 2.5 hours for dinner, never served the second course, food was bad. THe kids cant order pancakes or waffles, and the only omelette you can get is plain or cheese. I have had better breakfast at a Holiday Inn. ![]() When you stay at a "5 star" resort, you expect 5 star service, food, and hospitality. There is a lift right next to hotel that takes you down to Arcs 1950, very nice. "The good about this hotel is the location.ski in and out, very nice. This property is NOT suitable for listing here." We received entry details only 2-3 hours before arrival and no information on how to access the ski locker. There were no cleaning products provided and we were very lucky that the previous clients had left us a third of a toilet roll as we arrived after the local supermarket had closed. One off the shower heads was completely missing!! The apartment had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival and the toilets were in a disgusting state. Nothing was provided - we ended up sleeping on bare mattresses with no sheets or pillowcases. As we were flying from the UK I requested this service on 3 occasions, firstly in November, then again in January and finally a couple of weeks before arrival. The listing on this website states that bed linen and towels are NOT included with the rental but can be requested. My rental was private with the above mentioned company and was awful.Ĭommunication with the booking agents was minimalistic and disjointed.
